Sardinia transforms into a sea of colours in spring, when its wild landscapes burst into bloom. The island’s Mediterranean flora thrives in the mild climate — from fragrant herbs and blooming maquis to vibrant wildflowers covering the hillsides. As you walk along the coastal paths and mountain trails, you’ll encounter cistus, myrtle, lavender, and wild orchids adding splashes of colour to the rugged scenery. This journey celebrates Sardinia’s natural beauty, with hikes that reveal the island’s unique flora and the fragrant heart of its spring season.
Day to Day Program
Day 1: Arrival in Olbia and transfer to La Caletta
Upon arrival at Olbia airport, you will meet your guide for the transfer to La Caletta, a charming coastal village in the Siniscola area. After check-in at your accommodation, enjoy some free time to relax or explore the surroundings before dinner.

Day 2: La Caletta - Monte Longu
After breakfast, we will set off on a hike to Monte Longu, a natural terrace overlooking the eastern Sardinian coast. Along the way, we will enjoy the colors and scents of the Mediterranean scrub, and once at the top, we will be rewarded with a breathtaking view over the villages of La Caletta, Posada, Siniscola, and Santa Lucia, all the way to the impressive peaks of Montalbo. An experience of peace and unforgettable landscapes.

Day 3: Cala Luna with boat return & cheese tasting
An unforgettable hike through one of Sardinia’s most iconic landscapes, leading to the stunning Cala Luna beach, famous for its white sand, caves, and crystal-clear waters. After some time to relax at the beach we return by boat along the Gulf of Orosei (or on foot along the scenic trail if the weather is nog good for a boat trip).
The experience ends with a tasting of local cheeses, discovering the authentic flavors of Sardinia’s pastoral tradition.

Day 4: Montenovo and Orgosolo
A fascinating hike to Montenovo di San Giovanni, a spectacular limestone plateau near Orgosolo, offering breathtaking views over the Supramonte mountains and the surrounding valleys. This unique landscape, rich in Mediterranean vegetation and pastoral history, invites you to discover the untamed heart of Sardinia.
After the hike, we will explore the village of Orgosolo, famous for its murals that tell the story of Sardinian identity and resistance. The day will end with a visit to Maria Corda’s workshop, where you will see traditional Sardinian textile art come to life through her unique creations.

Day 5: Sunset Hike – Montalbo
An evocative hike on Montalbo, a spectacular limestone mountain that offers breathtaking views over the coast and inland Sardinia. As the sun sets, the landscape is painted with warm colors, creating a magical atmosphere for an unforgettable experience. We start around 4-5 pm depends on the period, we finish late 9-10 pm.

Day 6: Capo Comino hike
Drive till Capo Comino
A beautiful hike at Capo Comino, the easternmost tip of Sardinia — a short walk through fragrant Mediterranean scrub with breathtaking views (max 5 km). A short stop in Santa Lucia — a charming little fishing village — for a walk and stories by the sea.

Day 7: Posada Medieval Village at sunset
Free morning. Afternoon visit to Posada, one of Sardinia’s most picturesque medieval villages. Discover the charm of Posada, one of Sardinia’s most picturesque medieval villages. As the sun sets, we will stroll through its narrow streets, ancient stone houses, and climb to the top of the historic Castello della Fava for breathtaking views of the coastline and surrounding countryside. The experience ends with a relaxing aperitif in the village, enjoying local flavors in an authentic setting.

Day 8: Optional & back home
We can fill this day in our own way in consultation.
Check-out and transfer to the airport.
